Logical
A Logical problem is when data is lost due to a software-related error, such as deleting files or formatting a disk. An application error, bug or corruption, a virus or software sabotage.

Mechanical
A Mechanical problem is when a drive has stopped working because of parts failure. Recovery depends on the physical condition of the media and how badly it has been damaged.

File Repair
When a file has become unusable due to corruption or lost password, can repair these files or at least, recover the data they contained. All prices are estimated. In some extreme cases, prices may be higher than shown. A free price evaluation will be quoted before any recovery is attempted.
